By accessing or booking transit through BusGo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Booking and Inventory

BusGo acts as an online booking broker between customers and licensed operators. The seat availability, fare levels, and route schedules are provided directly by operators, and BusGo guarantees temporary seat holding locks for booking completions.

3. Payments & Cancellations

All bookings must be paid in full at checkout. Cancellations will trigger immediate refund processes according to the operator slabs outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
