Important Travel Guidelines:
  • Partial ticket cancellations (canceling 1 passenger out of 3 booked in a single ticket) are supported.
  • Operational changes or bus cancellations by operators yield 100% full refunds.
  • Refund processing commences instantly. Funds generally credit in 3-10 working days.
